What is the Mammoth Mountain Store return policy?
Our normal return policy: Mammoth Mountain Store will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item/s must be new, in it’s original condition, in the original unopened packaging with the original tags and tickets attached. No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn. No refunds on sale merchandise.

 

Current return policy due to Covid-19 county regulations:  

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

 

How do you return items purchased from MammothMountainStore.com? You can return merchandise purchased from MammothMountainStore.com at McCoy’s in The Village in Mammoth Lakes CA, or by mail. Remember, shipping costs aren't refunded. Returning online purchases in-store is the quickest way to receive your refund. For return by mail please reach out to our team via e-mail at mammothmountainstore@mammothresorts.com for shipping instructions. 

How do you exchange items purchased from MammothMountainStore.com? You can exchange your items to McCoy’s in The Village in Mammoth Lakes CA, or by mail. Remember, shipping costs aren't refunded. To exchange items your original item will need to be shipped to us before we are able to pick and pack the replacement item. An additional charge for the replacement item‘s shipping will need to be charged over the phone to receive replacement item. For exchange by mail please reach out to our team via e-mail at mammothmountainstore@mammothresorts.com for shipping instructions. 

Can I use my Ikon Pass Discount on MammothMountainstore.com? At this time the Ikon pass discount is an in resort only discount.

How long does it take for my order to process? While we try to complete all orders within 24 hours please allow 3-4 days for processing.

If I place an order today will my package arrive by Christmas?  We work diligently to get all packages out as quickly as possible especially during the holiday season. To ensure your package arrives by Christmas with standard shipping it is best if you order by the 15th. To ensure your package arrives by Christmas with 1 Day Air it is best to order by the 20th.
