What is the Mammoth Mountain Store return policy?
Our normal return policy: Mammoth Mountain Store will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase if returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item/s must be new, in it’s original condition, in the original unopened packaging with the original tags and tickets attached. No returns if the merchandise has been used or worn. No refunds on sale merchandise. Shipping costs aren't refunded.

Can I use my Ikon Pass Discount on MammothMountainstore.com? At this time the Ikon pass discount is an in resort only discount.

 How long does it take for my order to process? While we try to complete all orders within 24 hours please allow 3-4 days for processing.

If I place an order today will my package arrive by Christmas?  We work diligently to get all packages out as quickly as possible especially during the holiday season. To ensure your package arrives by Christmas with standard shipping it is best if you order by the 15th. To ensure your package arrives by Christmas with 1 Day Air it is best to order by the 20th.
